Focusing on below key areas - Product Vision, Problem statements and scenarios, Product Roadmap, Epics, Features, and User Stories, Supporting documents and wireframes, Market Research, Product Launch

Led Driver Partner Application - Android, iOS, HOS mobile apps (Google PlayStore rating of 4.1, and can be used in 16k+ different phone models), overall which are used by 110k+ local driver partners (taxi, trucks, delivery, rentals) with an average of 6-8hr/day continuous usage. In addition I was responsible for 3 web apps used by B2B clients and Ops teams as well. Achieved 2.5X Conversion Rate, 550% Growth in overall user base (total driver partners), and 70% reduction in Overall Reported Complaints.
