Verantwortlich für Product Engineering (Automotive Exterieur), NPD, Werkzeugentwicklung und PRP. Ganzheitliche Entwicklung von Kunststoff-Außenbauteilen (v. a. Stoßfänger) von RFQ bis SOP für Mercedes-AMG und Paccar-DAF. Durchführung von Class-A-Analysen, CAD, DFMEA und Moldflow. Steuerung von Werkzeugen, Lieferanten und Validierung (Cubing, Toleranzen, Passung) sowie PLM (Teamcenter), Änderungsmanagement und termingerechte Lieferung inkl. PPAP/APQP.

Responsible for: • New Product-Tooling Feasibility. • Product Design Optimization. • Parting Line, Parting Surface and Core/Cavity/Slider/Lifter Extraction. • Designing complex tooling mechanisms like- Floating Cavity Mechanism, Floating Core Pin Mechanism, Double Rod Double Angle Lifters, Slider actuation using Hydraulic Cylinders, Motion Transfer Mechanism, etc. • Attending Tool Trials, DFMEA meetings, etc.

Responsible for: • Product Design, Tool Design, jigs & Fixtures design • Reverse Engineering • Creating A-Surface and Solid models directly from STL data and point clouds • Interacting with customers regarding product design & development • Carrying out KAIZEN, POKA YOKE, and VAVE activities

Responsible For: • Designing Full 3D Assembly Model of Injection Moulds • Preparing Detailed Drawings (2D) of Mould Parts • Creating BOM, Part lists, etc.
