Work stream leader processing; developing processes from lab to pilot scale and scale-up of findings to production scale // Project leader for inline quality control responsible to develop in-line viscosity and pH measurement in production scale // Core member in the European team for global harmonization and simplification of entire European personal wash portfolio // Supervision of students with their diploma thesis’s or research papers as well as short term assignees and temporary workers

Execution of research assignments in cooperation with external business partners (e.g. responsible for design of research plants at pilot scale and field trials; development and coordination of various experiments in lab and pilot scale) for the following research areas: aerobic & anaerobic biological ground water decontamination; anaerobic biological wastewater treatment and filtration technologies (especially membrane filtration)
