This is a two-fold Role: On one hand, I am responsible for the execution of key operational tasks supporting the global procurement organization with reporting and controlling data in order to enable full transparency on the global sourcing activities. On the other hand, I am in charge of the Business Architecture for the purchasing area which among others includes the initiation of BPO projects together with global purchasing leads.

Company’s main representative in all business negotiations for procurement contract Managing the whole process of foreign purchasing, execution of all foreign purchasing steps: market research, sourcing, purchasing decision-making Supplier relationship management Reviewing tenders and bids Controlling the purchasing budget Contracts management Maintaining product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

- Analyzing and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts - Working with BD Director in proposal deliverables and leading smaller proposal management efforts including setting schedules, assigning work packages and coordinating content submission from writers, as well as final editing and formatting.
