Carried out a genome-wide screen to identify prions and amyloidogenic proteins in yeast. Identified important sequence features that drive protein aggregation and characterized new prions that generate heritable phenotypic diversity. Developed new tools for high-throughput genetic analysis in yeast and several new assays to study protein aggregation in vitro and in vivo.
