Worked as a trainer for IT professions and IT manager for a large training company. I trained IT specialists for system integration, application development and IT system electronics. I also administered around 200 clients, the entire network infrastructure and servers.

Created Start-Up with the goal to reduce business damages inflicted by phishing and social engineering attacks. Failed due to missing backers, but gained a lot of experience throughout the process.

Managed mid- to large scale IT projects for big customers like Siemens, VKB or Red Bull. I supported the customers throughout all service lifecycles, from portfolio management, over transition, implementation and continuous service improvement

Here I acquired professional experience in 1st & 2nd level support, mobile device management, software distribution, as well as profound knowledge in hardware and software. I also gained knowledge in the optimisation of IT processes according to ITIL, as well as in the special requirements of a of a bio-tech company
