Master thesis: Business Modeling for Internal IT. (Göteborgs Universitet) Constructed an analysis framework of business model typologies. Suggested a proposal for re-evaluation of the current business model.

Master thesis: Evaluating the effect of introducing a Balanced Scorecard in the strategy process. Nice, France. Evaluated the strategy, performance measurement system and strategy implementation process in a division with >370 employees. Assessed the potential value of a Balanced Scorecard and advised top management how to proceed.

6 months internship focusing on project management. Schaan, Liechtenstein. Project manager within a corporate product portfolio and supply optimization project (>30 man years). Managed progress by keeping continuous contact with managers of seven BUs and several market organisations. Prepared workshops and presentations. Performed margin and sales analyses of several product lines, cost breakdown analyses and supply chain risk management.

Part-time tennis instructor. Pixbo, Sweden. Planned, organized and led ~ 1000 hours of lessons (groups of 4-6 people). Appointed "Member of the year 04/05"

Market analysis regarding product entry on the US market. California, US. Performed an industry analysis - Interviewed CIOs and CTOs at companies with 1000 - >150 000 employees, mapped market trends as well as competitors. Presented recommendations for top management at Precise Biometrics.

Bachelor thesis: Lean manufacturing at Sweden´s largest bread producer. Gothenburg, Sweden. Analyzed processes and used lean manufacturing for providing recommendations of waste minimization (organisational- and process change)
