Responsible for building a central CRM team and technical infrastructure for customer engagement automation. Leading a mixed team of engineers and marketers as Scrum Product Owner for buying, integrating and building use cases with Bloomreach (Exponea). In addition, driving the adoption of the OKR framework across the business as part of a cross-functional project group.

Leading an international team of around 50 people covering email, offline & mobile communications with a focus on developing existing customers. Responsible for 20-30% of revenue in 14 European countries through performance based direct marketing activities. Functional and disciplinary leadership to ensure achievement of individual and shared objectives, including leading project groups, team & process structuring, team building, communication & budgeting.

Set up email marketing operations and teams for 7 new countries within 6 months. Process and communication design for internal and external collaboration. Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for a team of 30 international employees. Performance driven management and innovation development of email marketing activities for all 14 countries.

Daily operations and development of email marketing for Germany. Later recruitment, coordination and roll-out for the Netherlands, France, Austria, Switzerland and UK.
