- coordinate elections for the council and secretary general of the International Maritime Organisation - forward orders and verbal notes to embassies, ministries and international organisations - organise events (German Staff at European and International Organisations, Indian Ocean Conference) - plan and write minutes during meetings and demarches - research on laws and regulations - economic analyses of companies and regions

Establish a supplier service rating system - analyze data in iScala - organize processes to file newly needed data in iScala and Excel - write and test the rating system - assist in daily tasks

Project: Establish SAP for the production site - compile training material for end users - check electronic equipment and software - go-live and after go-live support at site to assist proper system operation - record errors and missing information - prepare data for cut-over

2 months internship in the departments controlling and purchase - establish a new filing system for delegated employees - prepare and file orders and inquiries in SAP and paper files

2 weeks of training once a year for 3 years, tailored to the Prysmian Graduate Programme: Management courses, case studies and cultural training taught by Professors of Bocconi School of Management. Presentations by customers and high level management about the cable industry and Prysmian Group.
