Use of digital development tools for Industrial Production Tasks: - Market research on Virtual Commisioning and its benifits for Autoliv. - Defining a use case where both CAD and PLC programming can be simulated in a single platform. - Implementation of the use case on LabView with sample work stations
-Implementation of a Linear programming Controller using a Non-Linear dual tack vehicle model for torque vectoring and slip control. -Working with Matlab and Simulink for the development of the controller. -Tuning the gains according to various velocity conditions. -Implementing the controller on the car and optimization of the controller by test driving the car.
Eginiton-Hamburg e.V is the formula student team in Hamburg, who build two race cars every year. One being an electric race car and the other being autonomous race car. Being in the department of control systems, I am responsible for the following tasks: -Implementing an algorithm for the torque shifting for both electric and driverless car. -Working with Matlab and Simulink for the design of the algorithm. -Working with IPG carmaker for the simulation and tuning of the controller.
