Participating in M&A projects with focus on identifying acquisition opportunities as well as leading & participating in op. due diligence processes D.) Leading the integration of acquired targets E.) Etc.

Manager for formation & (start-up) set-up of a subsidiary of GEA Tuchenhagen GmbH in Bangalore, India with the following interdisciplinary areas of responsibility: A.) Establishment of infrastructure (e.g. office building & interior, prod. hall & machinery, electrical supply, etc.) B.) Planning & execution of prod. layout & equipment C.) Recruitment, training & leadership of employees D.) Set-up of business processes E.) Supply chain set-up & mgmt. F.) Establishment of IT-infrastructure (incl. SAP) G.) Etc.
