• Preparation & review of MIS, fortnight report, management dashboard update and Weekly progress report • Project monitoring and tracking via Earned Value analysis method • Project progress and commercial review with all stakeholders. • Co-ordination between all departments for deliverable like engineering, procurement, liasoning, leasing, investment and finance for all the aspect of projects.

• Responsible for site setup and carrying out of execution activities as per drawings • Preparations of running bills and procurement of materials(cement, sand aggregates)

• Reporting to Project Manager • Monitoring of piling work as per pile layout drawings. • Setting out of site as per centre line drawings and execution of works as per rcc drawings • Reinforcement checking as per bar bending schedule • Having weekly meetings with labour contractors and coordinating for smooth functioning of site • Checking of running bills submitted by contractors and verifying daily labour and progress reports submitted by supervisors
