Facilitated Agile ceremonies, supported backlog refinement, and coached teams on Scrum principles. Collaborated with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize work, manage risks, and drive continuous delivery. Promoted Agile mindset, removed impediments, and ensured alignment with project goals—contributing to successful, timely delivery in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Worked as a Transition Project Manager for Telstra’s NBN rollout at Burgeon. Led customer transitions to the NBN network, managed project plans, budgets, and RFQs, and coordinated across Telstra Operations, NBN Co, and business units. Ensured on-time delivery within scope, handled stakeholder communications, and supported complex service migrations for business and government clients while maintaining alignment with program goals and transition timelines.
