- Day-to day point of contact between Media and Creative agencies for a successful set-up and implementation of Rich Media advertising campaigns within agreed timelines - Oversight and management of Rich Media development projects for big clients and identify opportunities for campaign performance improvement - Managing the client relationship with product marketing managers ensuring a constant high level of quality.

• Orders processing through SAP and follow up of orders • Maintaining regular contact with the warehouse and courier to co-ordinate deliveries returns, etc. • Attending customer queries (order queries, dispatch details , invoices, stock situation, prices) • Credit and debit adjustments with the finance department.

• Respond promptly to all customer queries by email, phone and live chat • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments • Educating and providing the customers with information about our products (sports bets, casino, poker, games) • Outbound calls to sell new products/promotions and ensure the customer fidelity.

• Write contents for the economic magazine Dirigentes and Nuestros Negocios • Update of the stock market information in the online version www.dirigentesdigital.com and creation of contents. • News and Press conferences coverage. • Support to the editorial team in writing reports, interviews and news items
