The aim of my PhD project was to determine a possible redox regulation of immunity and inflammation. Using in vitro studies, a major outcome of this work was to demonstrate the release of Peroxiredoxin2 in macrophages activated by LPS and the inflammatory role of Peroxiredoxin2.
