Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle and the HR functions to support operational excellence (Talent Acquisition, People Partnering, and People Operations)

Responsible for the HR function, from talent management to structuring administration and processes.

i2x transforms the human voice into actionable insights. I joined as the 14th employee. I have been responsible for HR processes, professional development, recruiting, defining culture, and building out the People and Culture Team to support growth. Currently managing 2 amazing HR Specialists.

Responsible for strategic HR for units consisting of 550 full-time employees in the President’s Office, Provost’s Office, IT, and University College. Provided HR consulting for recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, compensation and performance management, training, and disciplinary issues. Piloted data projects: improve how HR presents data to units and guide units to use data-driven dashboards to track and set performance and recruiting targets.

Responsible for Operations: Supply Chain, Inventory and Order Fulfillment, lead a team of 8. Drove planning for my department, built and managed KPIs/metrics, set direction for each of the functions and was accountable for my department's spend/budget. (I was also Director of HR until January 2016). I joined this company as a full-time employee in May 2015 as a continuation of consulting services through TechGROWTH. In August, the CEO moved me to Operations.

Reported directly to the CEO. Was responsible for strategic HR planning, recruiting, and general HR policies. Did most of the hiring as the company scaled from 5 to 40 employees, recruited several executives, and served on the leadership team the entire time. HR and facilities budgets were under my umbrella as well as organizing strategic planning and executive development sessions for the leadership team.

Provided Operational Assistance to TechGROWTH companies, worked with founders and CEOs on strategic areas of their business. Specialized in alternative energy startups. Conducted research for business planning, created budgets and financial analyses, did basic HR, and helped with proposal writing and pitches.

End-to-end project development, included primary and secondary research. This project involved creating a recruitment and retention strategy for Athens County. It was done in collaboration with the Director of the Athens County Economic Development Council and Ohio University.

•Assisted senior management in strategic planning. Searched for and evaluated feasibility of new business opportunities. • Prepared proposals for government contracts, built SOWs with engineering. Was in charge of applying for a $742k NASA contract, which was awarded. • Conducted secondary market research for CEO and Director of New Business Development .

General MBA. International Affairs as forcussed on: Cross cultural management, Southeast Asian studies, and Indonesian. Received Fulbright to research in Malaysia. Participated in a study abroad program in Cambodia, while in Malaysia.

German Language, International Business, Global Leadership. Studied abroad in Holland, Germany, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
