Control of processes in applicant management: Supervision of the career portal and the internal job portal as well as the applicant pool and applicant database, additional administration and implementation of internal training for the recruiting software rexx, continuous optimization of work processes, correspondence with our applicants & pre-selection of applications and conducting telephone interviews
