I am responsible for managing a number of key projects across London and Europe. As a Senior Advisor I manage the delivery of day-to-day recruitment activities, as well as specific projects to improve our recruitment delivery, employer brand, technology and the experience our candidates receive from point of application to joining our company. I partner with the business across all levels, business functions and products, whilst managing a Junior Advisor, who reports into me directly.

Working for the largest and longest established iGaming recruitment consultancy; I was responsible for recruiting via strategic candidate management and account management whilst working with some of gambling sector's most recognized brands.
