Mentoring is a powerful tool and through my mentoring relationship I intend to enhance employability skills, share expertise and experiences and support the career path of my mentee. I was nominated for Mentor of the year, 2020.
My role consists of working with our Partners to effectively source talent on a national and international basis. I am passionate about people, recruitment, the legal industry and making sure that our Firm recruits the very best talent. From the way we work with our clients to the way we work with each other, our values hold us together and influence every aspect of our work. In fact, one of the very notable aspects about our firm is that people enjoy working at AG, and our clients enjoy working with us.
