- Managed RTE Electricity Capacity auctions on Ariba Auction Tool (> 2000 auctions / year) - Organized and hosted training sessions for the bidders invited to the auctions by RTE (via WebEx) - Tested and improved implementation of new functionalities on Ariba Auction Tool and created training materials for it - Managed communication with RTE and with European customers (normal and crisis communication)

- Organised the recruitment exhibitions in Digne-les-Bains and Rouen (371 companies and Institutions and 22,000 jobseekers). - Established and managed partnerships with the different participants (schools, institutions, companies, volunteers, transportation companies). - Trained, organized, supported and motivated the volunteers (87 students).

- Coordinated a qualitative survey of VFD employees. - Created and updated job descriptions and HR reports. - Gathered and analyzed the data of the annual evaluations. - Prepared the annual social audit report for 2005.
