As part of the platform design team, responsible for enhancing Pipedrive customers’ experience of various apps and allied customer touchpoints in collaboration with design, product management and leadership teams. Conducting usability reviews and evaluations and provide actionable insights for design and product teams. Promoting design standards and best practices across different design teams. Also involved in internal workshops, product labs and design sprints.

Responsible for designing feature-rich applications with advanced analytics capabilities, for network optimization, monitoring, diagnostics and troubleshooting catering to Cisco’s Network Consulting Engineers as well as external customers. Also involved in UX Evangelism within the BU, Team Management, Mentoring, Stakeholder Presentations.

User experience designer for web applications, focusing on various industries/domains such as Automotive, Project & Process Management, 3D Modeling tools, etc. Responsible for user interaction design, wireframes, user interface design and conversion to visual design for various web-based and standalone desktop applications. Also occasionally contributed to HTML front-end design and branding.
