Born and brought up in a chaotic city: Dhaka is one of the influential factors which has schooled me to face challenges. I always want to be teaming with incredible people who solve big world problems for climate protection and sustainable development and in my previous workplaces, I had the opportunity to be teamed with some amazing people who share the same thoughts. I start working with a goal by listening to my co-workers and clients carefully; which helps me to depict their thoughts in my mind. Likewise, I am good at motivating others to work in a team to bring synergy and work for a common goal. My habit of repeated checking before finishing any tasks always boosts my confidence to present it in front of the audience. There is a real person behind this profile too!
