Optimized the Application lifecycle documentation process to ensure change documentation updates are properly prioritized. Introduction of change impact assessment forms that helped simplified the understanding of change risk and efforts. Improved the process efficiency through KPI monitoring in collaboration with service operation managers, change managers and IT Quality team.

Lead Security Assessments and project reviews for applications in the enterprise technology landscape. Setup the CSV demand management process for project and Ops CSV activities for the enterprise SAP applications. Transformed ERP organization with tailored services that ensured proper governance, risk and compliance services are embedded into the newly services organizational processes. Developed IT QA engagement process that helped to standardize the IT to QA engagement process in IT Ops and projects.
