Key Projects: MHIRJ Continuing Airworthiness and Repair Engineering • Creation of a detailed 3D FEM of the flap hinge fittings and support structure and validation of the results against test to mitigate PSE intervals. • Review the latest revision of the DTRS reports and the Test Validation reports of the PSEs pertaining to the fuselage, wing and empennage of the MHIRJ aircraft programs • Provide DTA substantiation for the In-Service Repairs on the MHIRJ 200/700/900/900LR/1000 aircraft

Review the Damage Tolerance and Residual Strength Analysis Reports, sections of the Maintenance Requirements Manual, DADT Test Validation Reports etc. for the Wing and Fuselage PSEs Provide technical leadership to in-house, local and off-shore suppliers working on DTA Communicate with Design Approval Designees to ensure technical issues are resolved and reports approved in a timely manner Co-ordinate between suppliers and clients to track supplier issues and their resolution

Part of the Technical Integration team managing the work-packages of the entire Pressurized Fuselage of the Bombardier CSeries aircraft. Primary responsibility is to ensure that the certification reports and other analyses delivered are to consistent standards and use harmonized methods.
