•Provide SAP Basis L2 support. •Monitoring of SAP systems including troubleshooting of SAP CRM and PO system. •Providing technical support and patch management including assessment and application. •Carrying out weekly, monthly and quarterly database refresh activities in SAP HANA. •Creating and implementing technical documents related to L2 support. •Provide technical support to resolve the change request raised by user’s on day to day basis.

•Provide technical support for SAP Basis Administration. •SAP Patch Management including assessment and application (Security notes, support package upgrade and kernal upgrade) •Secure and participate in audit for the SAP systems. •SAP Role maintenance and to assign authorization to user’s. •Managing SAP transport movement. •Provide technical support for SAP DR activity. •Provide technical support to resolve the change request raised by user’s on day to day basis.

•Define SAP System Architecture & Landscape, System Sizing. •Installation, Upgrade and Migration of SAP systems in multiple platforms (Linux, UNIX and windows platforms). •Planning and Strategies for SAP Technical Upgrade and Migration. •System Monitoring and Application Maintenance Support. •Preventive maintenance activities- support package upgrade, Kernal upgrade, system copy. •Performing SAP Database administration. •Performing SAP system memory management, performance tuning and trouble shoot.
