A Control algorithm (Space Vector -PWM) was developed using MATLAB for effective control of the non-linear behavior of Shape memory alloy actuators.Simulation was carried using Simulink and the Experiment setup consisted of NI 6014 DAC with corresponding sensors, programmable power supply, NI-Ti Shape memory alloy against a bias spring as an actuator.
