Responsibility for JPMSEs Operations from a Legal Entity and regulatory standpoint across Lines of Business

• Run the OPS Oversight function of JPMSE across all relevant LoBs, sub LoBs and Utilities (Markets, Sec. Services, AWM, Payments, WKO/KYC, Network Mgmt, WLS, Tax Ops, etc.) including Regulatory Reporting in relevant SE locations and/or jurisdictions (Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Paris, Madrid, Dublin, Warsaw etc.) • Work closely with internal stakeholders and drive or co-orchestrate the regulatory dialogue with the JST (ECB, BaFin, Bundesbank) and other local regulators on all topics relevant to Operations

• Enhance or build-out if not existing the CIB Operations Governance & Oversight function of the new European Legal Entity of J.P. Morgan across all relevant LOBs and locations • Work closely with internal stakeholders and drive the further development of best practice (tools, process, data analytics, etc.) for all outsourced operations activities of the new legal entity • Maintain responsibility for Markets Operations of JPMAG • Reporting to the Head of Operations, Outsourcing & Technology of JPMAG & JPMBL

Building up/consolidating the Markets Operations team of J.P. Morgan AG. Establishing the governance framework related to the outsourcing of Markets operations activities of the Legal Entity. Ensuring ongoing compliance with the regulatory framework of the related jurisdictions. Acting as the Single Officer within J.P. Morgan AG responsible for client assets and client money.

Managing the Investor Services Operations facility for Germany & Switzerland (Client Middle Office, Trade Input & Processing, Tax Operations, Account Opening & Documentation, Institutional Fund Controls). Responsible for a team of 65 employees.

Secondment in Switzerland (partially also located in Germany, followed by constant business travel to the hubs in UK), focusing on strategic projects (Investment Compliance, Tax, Reporting, Fund Accounting) for key clients of the Investor Services Business while directly supporting the Senior Executive of the region with the generation of new business and the retention of existing clients.
