As part of the German management team, I am responsible for shaping and evolving the portfolio of services we offer to our customers. My role centers around aligning customer needs, market trends, and staff competencies to ensure sustainable value delivery. I act as a strategic link between external expectations and internal capabilities, driving people development and ensuring that our teams are equipped for the future.

As Principal, I am part of our German management team and besides my consulting and delivery mandates, responsible for our commercial success . Often being the the primary technical and content interface between stakeholders and development, my main focus is building and enabling teams and creating successful projects.
