Responsible for all business development and relation management activities around talent and career services including: • Career Transition (outplacement) • Career Management (e.g. Career Coaching etc.) • Talent Diagnostic (e.g. Assessment & Development Centers etc.) • Talent Development (e.g. Individual & Team Coaching, Executive Coaching, etc.) With more than 300 employees in 15 offices in Switzerland, Germany and Austria, von Rundstedt is a leader in shaping careers and fostering talent.

Responsible in Switzerland for all LHH's Business Development and Account Management activities in the areas of Talent Management & Development services , incl.: (i) Career Transition (e.g. Outplacement, restucturing services etc.) (ii) Leadership Development (e.g. Individual & Team Coaching etc.) (iii) Career Management (iv) Change Mangement With 300+ offices, LHH is the global talent development leader in connecting people to jobs and helping individuals improve performance.

Responsible for reorganization projects mostly for clients in the Health Care and Communications & High Tech industries with main expertise in Human Resource Management and Human Capital Management: (i) Managed and coordinated different pan-European and national complex projects with up to 1’200 affected employees (ii) Led various diverse client project teams (up to 20 team members) and Accenture project teams (up to 3 Business Consultants)

Responsible for preparing, presenting and hosting different radio shows (mostly daily morning show), and editing and presenting hourly news.

Responsible for an European and Swiss General & Administration (G&A) analysis (with approx. 1’000 affected employees) worked various European countries.
