Leading of a Six Sigma Project (Green-Belt) to improve internal the trade processing. The assignment involved business & data analysis, project team coordination, concept development & change management.

For the Project Management Department of Page Kirkland (Australia), I was responsible to develop a Total Quality Management System to improve the internal processes.

On behalf of the Seychelles Tourism Board I was leading a project team to design a label catalogue which sets standards in the field of ecology, human resources and service-quality. This project was financed by the UN-Development Program.

Six week internship in all departments of this engineering company prior my studies. To this internship a three month employment in the documentation department followed.

Six month employment in the logistics departement of Full-Service Provider for the pharma industry.
