Execution of 250+ projects annually across 3 product lines, meeting project financials and budget, enhancing PM expertise and talent, developing the new PM framework, deploying new digital tools. Responsible for 200+ PMs in 3 regions across 10 development centers. Achievements: secured state of the art launch execution with >95% flawless launches, driven the new PM framework (PDP2.0) and developed new tools meant to improve efficiency in managing projects, reporting and budget adherence.

Global Program Management Leader for the Safety Electronics Product Line. Functionally Responsible for the Program Management Competency (80+ project & program managers) in 3 regions across 10 development centers serving all major OEMs. Achievements: secured a 95% Flawless Launch in 2019, driven the cross-functional operating system on launch problem resolution, talent enhancement, budget adherence.

In charge of leading the Global Program Management Organization for the fastest growth vertical – Gasoline. Functionally responsible for program managers in Asia, Europe & Americas. Achievements: Established an end-to-end operating system globally with tiered accountability meetings for fast escalation & problem resolution, secured double digit growth for revenue & income, accelerated launch issue resolution.

In charge of leading the European Program Management team of 18 program managers and the cross-functional organization in order to synchronize the turbocharger New Product Introduction (NPI) launch activities; responsible for ensuring Baseline Management compliance and accountable for launch performances in line with Customers & Business expectations.

In charge of setting up a Greenfield project in Eastern Europe from Feasibility through Strategy, Planning and Execution. SOP of the new plant is planned for Q4/2012

Responsible for all new product launches for the VW group (in all Honeywell facilities in Europe and India) from predevelopment stage, through prototyping, industrialization, homologation and start of production and follow up during first 180 days after start of production. Insure the achievement of the main financial metrics of project profitability (gross margin, budget compliance, etc.) for all new projects Interface to the customer (VW) on all preserial processes and products.
