Air quality environmental specialist: Perform on–site air quality compliance and permitting services for a large manufacturing facility. This effort includes the collection, management, and verification of environmental information, the calculation of air pollutant emissions based upon that collected information, and the comparison of those data and calculated emissions against the requirements of various State and Federal environmental programs.

Managed and performed on–site air quality compliance and permitting services for a large aerospace (turbine engine) manufacturing facility. Had full & primary responsibility for the successful design, development, implementation & maintenance of a comprehensive environmental compliance information system, including collection, management, & verification of environmental information, calculation of air pollutant emissions, comparison of data & emissions against the requirements of env. agencies.

Managed/performed air quality services for several industrial & government (DOD) clients. Used large Oracle-based chemical database to generate emissions estimates & prepare SARA 313 reports for large chemical manufacturer. Prepared annual updates of Title V Air Permit application, participated in negotiation of terms & conditions of final Title V Permit for large aerospace manufacturing facility.

Managed diverse air quality projects, serving air quality managers at chemical manufacturing and DOD facilities. Comprehensive air emission inventories; Air dispersion modeling of hazardous and toxic air pollutants; Air permit applications including Title V; BACT analyses; evaluation of Federal programs (NESHAP, NSPS, NSR & PSD); On-site audits of refrigerant management practices to determine compliance with ODS rules.
