Overall responsibility for the recruitment of IT, Sales and Operational staff up to VP level across the EMEA region with a focus on the UK market. Current projects include direct hiring strategies, PSL control and overhaul of the Staff Referal scheme.

Role focussed on external hiring strategies and internal talent management in the IT and BPO sectors. Involved in all aspects of talent management and resourcing including immigration, TUPE, staff redeployment and consultancy services to external clients.
