In 2009 I joined my husband in his small business 'PAZ Restoration' and made it our shared goal to customize Motorcycles, Oldtimers, Bicycles, Boats, Shop-fittings and Vintage Restorations to our customers satisfaction. I took over the Admin Work, Human Recourse , Quality Management and Custom Relations.

I worked freelance for several local Tour operators ( Thompson Tours, Akorn Destination Management CPT, Abercrombie & Kent SA , ATC African Travel Concept CPT. My service provided mainly touring with small groups for national round trips, guiding cruise passengers arriving in Durban harbor for daily cultural excursions and shuttle-services. I thrive to my full potential in caring for the guests and ensure they are having their best holiday ever. My customers references are speaking for them selves.

Responsible for the growth and turnover of 250 travel agencies, training and support of clients in selling travel packages, advertising and marketing, guiding fam-trips to destinations selling in Thomas Cook brochures, travel shows and presentations

Active acquisition of new business partners. START training in travel agencies. Preparation and implementation of various promotion campaigns such as travel fairs, product training and information trips.

As a group leader, I was entitled to grant the travel offices goodwill within a given framework and I actively participated in the training of our apprentice in tourism.

Reservation Clerk at the Sales Office In Frankfurt Main .Independent advice and booking of the Kreutzer Touristik product range. Communication within the various departments of the headquarters in Munich. Last Minute - Sales/short-term area to optimize capacity utilization.
