Responsible in designing and executing Special Projects and initiatives for Customer Technical Training Dept. - Responsible of Training Centers implementation spread in the world( Mexico,Venezuela,Qatar,Australia)-Coordination of the marketing actions supporting the new initiatives.- Coordination of the different functions/personnel involved on the above activities- Responsible of the Quality issues related to Training Dept.

Responsible in executing all the Customer Training Projects assigned, assuring the fulfillment of all the contractual . Proactive role in problems prevention during the Project life cycle. Ensuring/improving Project profitability through margin review and cost analysis * Prepare and manage all the reporting * Reaching the planned budget and reducing the past dues* -Developing enduring faithful Customer relationships

Management the Customer Training Projects assigned, assuring the fulfillment of all the contractual obligations-Coordination of the different functions inside Customer Training Team: Instructors, Logistics, Documentation for each assigned project
