Lead a team of over 60 people responsible for Supply Chain operations in Europe & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, managing a >100 Mn CHF yearly budget. Dealing with 35 affiliates plus several direct customers, working with the global functions and different organizations across the regions, the commercial organizations, finance, all relevant supply chain units and functions in global technical operations.

Lead a team of 70 people responsible for Global Product Planning, Global Artworks Management, Global Launch & Change Management, as well as project and process leaders.
