I tailor QA software implementations to customer processes and constraints and run small projects end to end, from requirements to go-live and handover. I translate use cases into clear specs and acceptance criteria and enable users through training, concise documentation, and hypercare. I improve supportability by standardising ticket handling and strengthening feedback loops.

I handle first-level support, triage issues, and maintain clear escalation paths. I support project management by coordinating schedules, preparing backlogs, and tracking progress. I contribute to configuration and QA through small enhancements, test execution, and documented results. I create how-tos and onboarding guides and work across support, development, and PM to learn full delivery cycles.
