Oversee and support the business in establishing best practices related to all aspect of Application Architecture, Development and Quality Governance for the end-to-end Products and Services in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Prepare, release, and present stress and F&DT certification reports for fuselage structures by directing engineers’ team. Effectively manage different stake holders, large team and interact directly with customer while providing consistent high satisfaction rating.

- Conducted Stress / Fatigue analysis of primary and secondary fuselage structures of Airbus aircraft's. - Led status reviews and manage day-to-day communication with customer and external supplier; monitored Changes and Quality Management. - Implemented efficient project management methodology; trained a team of 5 Engineers, monitor and improve KPI’s. - Provided Finite Element stress analysis and justification of aircraft structures using ISSY, ISAMI, NASTRAN+PATRAN, MSD simulation and HYPERWORKS.

- Stress / Fatigue analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures - Responsible for technical discussions with the Customer, resolve technical difficulties and queries - Fulfilled the customer quality criteria of First time right 95% and ensured 97% on-time delivery of reports and documents. - Ensured smooth flow of working by leading, guiding, and monitoring a team in India while managing customer requirements and changes with a keen focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
