Led a team of five CRM and SRM consultants; Speaker at diverse symposia and congresses (e.g. SAPPHIRE 2006 in Paris); Managed the definition, development, and rollout of custom developed application for strategic planning and reporting. It geared to the methodology of balanced scorecards.
