Training and supervision of small groups (6 per class). Supervision and instruction of the other clients inside the area of the Gym. Individualised nutritional guidance according to clients needs. Maintenance of the Gym rules as well as of the equipment inside it.

Group training sessions (TRX, Cross Training, Body Bars, Tabata and Circuit Training). Engaging in guests group activities (Football, Basketball, Tennis, Polo). Handling of guests complaints. Maintainance of the fields, including repairing.
