Stella Metzger

As operations started just in September 2018, Stella is in charge of setting up a working routine including developing initial structures, implementing basic practices to ensure an efficient workflow. With taking over the Commercial Section of the Consulate General in Guangzhou in June 2019, Stella’s additional field of attention is on change management and team building. Stella mentors and motivates two international teams in Chengdu and Guangzhou to achieve productivity and engagement.
