Established and leading the global Operations Centre of Expertise (CoE) for P&C Reinsurance. We are responsible to design, transform, maintain and continuously improve the operating model for our global P&C Re operations teams (650+ colleagues). With our mandate we ensure operational rigour and stability, assure data governance, provide change management, coordinate learning & development and drive operational and digital transformation.

Lead program manager for the target operating model (TOM) build of a new life insurance company with a focus on digital distribution. » Responsible for the definition, set-up and roll-out of outsourced policy administration services in various European countries, covering the full end-to-end value chain of a primary life insurer » The program also included the build of digital distribution channels, implementation of underwriting and claims workbench and further internal initiatives.
