• Schedule interviews in a very fast paced environment through Outlook, working directly with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers within EMEA • Arrange travel for visiting candidates • Prepare new hire offer letters and assemble new employee files • Conduct reference checks and background investigations; validate candidate application information • Assist in organising recruitment events, as well as other ad hoc projects such as a team volunteer day

• Resourcing CV’s with brilliantly matched experience for standard office support roles as well as unique roles that require very specific experience • Screening candidates on the telephone and f2f • Arranging interviews • Preparing candidates for interview • Ad hoc project work such as uploading pension information to the providers portal, creating reports on Quickbooks to access correct information • Completing payroll duties using Quickbooks when Finance are out of the office
