Stephan Kulka

DXC.technology merges HP Enterprise Services with CSC Computer Sciences Corporation. Stephan took over as Account General Manager serving the IT oursourcing contract for one of Germany’s largest wholesale banks headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. He oversees a 3-digit headcount with significant near- and offshoring, and manages & evolves a high 2-digit yearly revenue rendering the services for approx. 50k users at client side.

Within the regional setup of DXC.technology Stephan was appointed Director of Banking & Capital Markets Germany owning the P/L of comprehensive DXC business reporting to the region's board. He manages the team of dedicated coverage leaders, account general managers and client solution executives and drives the opportunity funnel interlocked with DXC Sales and industry led initiatives.

In this role, Stephan led the account team servicing an international, full-tower IT infrastructure outsourcing in the Financial Services Industry based in Düsseldorf. This capacity required comprehensive adaption of IT in a „ramp-down“ scenario, flexbile re-novating of underlying contracts while maintaining either companies interest which led to a 2-years transformation project that was successfully accomplished in budget/on time.
