• Oversee the smooth running of Nutrition stores and Inpatient feeding activities. - Ensure updated stock records and commodity trucking systems are in place i.e., store releases, waybills, stock cards. • Ensure proper management of all 5-nutrition warehouses in nutrition programming to ensure safe, orderly, clean, and vermin-free storage. - Implement and ensure clear loading / unloading procedures, correct stacking, and turnover (FIFO/FEFO) procedures. •

• Planned and supervised on a day-to-day basis the warehouse and stock management activities in the project or capital, ensured compliance of MSF standards, protocols and procedures. • Responsible for inventory control of medical and logistics stocks, ensured efficiency in ordering, receiving, and dispatching to ensure availability according to the needs and plan to avoid overstock, theft, expiries, and stock outs.

• Controlled warehouse facilities to ensure materials are kept in good condition. • Followed-up stock levels with regards to alarms thresholds, stock out, expiry dates. • Controlled warehouse limited access to authorized personnel. • Managed stock management reporting tools: CMS, MSR+SMS, updated stock and UniField.

• Received incoming spare parts from suppliers. • Issued spares to mechanics, opened and closed workshop job cards. • Managed stock taking and reconciled inventory to avoid inventory variances. • Issued spare parts to user department (workshop). • Prepared and created LPOs to various suppliers. • Prepared and created quotations in line with user department requirements. • Documented and maintained store records for future reference and traceability.
