My role with AND is an amalgamation of a few disciplines where I headed up their marketing team and also deliver upon a productive and agile information system for the organisation. • Set new records in attendance and revenue for AND’s annual events. • I covered all facets of marketing across all their deliverables, plus developed their annual events. • Developed their digital media strategy and budgets • Analysed all metrics and analytics • Created and brought in new platforms to deliver upon the strategy

• I designed all marketing material, websites and utilised all marketing channels both online / offline. • Turned a negative company into a positive and grew, by 120% in the first year, then by 50% in the second. • Created a robust social media presence for all our campaigns, some of my online groups have over 10,000 members • Handle all HR, Budgeting, Forecasting, Accounts and IT development within the company.
