P&L Management of the UK operation for the integration & continued success of 3 recent acquisitions of UK manufacturing businesses in line with Watts corporate reporting standards while ensuring the unit’s revenue & profitability targets were met. This included targeting various UK acquisitions to provide greater critical mass to the European organisation.

Full P&L responsibility for the division with sales of $15m. FSD was a major regional manufacturer of pipe end products, including couplings, seals & gaskets for the Pipeline, Oil & Gas & OEM industries with manufacturing facilities in Dubai, Malaysia & Saudi Arabia. • Turned around the failing business of SMITH Intl Fluid Sealing Division from $6m to $15m with $3m EBITDA over four years
