-Responsible for collecting the Metrics data across the competencies and submit the Key Figures Of Merit [KFOM] to the SEPG. - Responsible for Planning & Tracking of the Project Quality Plan & Project Latest Forecast defined at the early stage of the Project. - Implemented PSP across the competence, which in turn was used to improve the effort spent on each Modules by the designers. - Represented the team appeared for the CMM Level 4 assessment
