Working part-time as an IT Administrator which includes software maintenance and development of school & college management system and E- education system. My responsibilities here also include - Installation of IT hardware and software - ICT training workshops to the staffs. - Support online data processing system.

Currently, I am responsible for following tasks - Coordinating business/technical requirements between clients and tech team. - Assisting java developers in the software (web and desktop) development process. - Managing web development projects :- Traffic control system and vehicle tracking system. - Technologies used: Core Java (Swing), PHP, ZEND Framework, Hibernate, MS SQL, Workbench, SQL Server, JavaEE, J2EE, Glassfish.

Worked as a program coordinator and provided full range of support and assistance in development of Computer Based Education System through out different regions in Nepal. My other responsibilities included: Research on comprehensive reports on ongoing programs, create crisis management plans for emergency situations, coordinate daily schedules and special programs for facility residents in collaboration with others, devise an annual certification and preparation course for students.

Worked as a Project Manager and conducted different software and web development projects successfully. Also, played key role for communicating and encouraging the need for transformation and change within the business area in tandem with the delivery of new capabilities from the project.

As a Head of Department in Computer my role was to to lead, manage and develop the computer department to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities. I was also responsible - for creating a dynamic and forward looking research environment for both staff and students. - contribute to organization-wide initiatives in order to improve understanding and communication of this area.
