Working as a Workstream Lead for client BASF SE: * Responsible for technical deliverable and handling a multi-Vendor team with 8 People. * Leading a multicultural and multivendor team with resources at onsite and offshore. * Implementation of new business process model driven by legal requirement of OECD rules. Implementation of more than 30 process models including 3rd party sale, Sample, intercompany sale, consignment sale etc.

I worked as Core team member for the Implementation project and got involved in Demand discussion with client and performed as key contributor for overall architecture of the project. My Take home from this project: - Learning Management skills - Constant engagement with Client for requirement discussion and with offshore team to explain the requirement technically. - value add to customer by taking initiative and helping with innovative solution for long term problems.

I worked on SD and PS module here, and I was contributing as solution lead for my team. I got experience to handle Critical requirements and priority 1 tickets and mentor the team members. I also performed other roles as Backup TL, Single point of Contact in Project.

I joined Reliance as a fresher and I learn and worked on SAP SD here. My Take home from RISL is: - Understanding of business processes, actual working experience as end user - Opportunity to work on multiple SD business scenarios - Opportunity to learn the ABAP Debugging and understanding of ABAP needed for functional consultant
